Hygiene guidelines and rules of conduct for participating guests

Guideline 1

Please do not participate in the event if you have the following symptoms that could indicate
COVID-19:

  • fever
  • Breathing problems
  • dry cough
  • Tiredness
  • Limb Pain
  • loss of the sense of taste or smell

If you have had contact with a COVID-19 infected person in the last 14 days or have tested positive for COVID-19, we also ask you not to participate in the event. Any abnormalities can lead to exclusion from the event.

Guideline 2

The minimum distance of 1.50 meters must be maintained at all times. Please also observe the instructions at the venue and the additional floor markings. Close contact or physical interaction between participants must be avoided at all times. Tables and chairs may not be moved by the participants.

Guideline 3

As a minimum, each participant should always carry a simple medical mouth and nose protector with them at all times. If necessary, a mouth and nose protector is available at the entrance for each visitor. In principle, every participant must wear a mouth and nose protector when moving around the building (room or floor change).

Guideline 4

For hand hygiene you will find numerous hand disinfection dispensers and hand washing stations in the event building. As a matter of principle, we ask that everyone wash their hands regularly and thoroughly - especially before and after each use of shared equipment. Hand disinfectants should be rubbed into dry hands and must not be rinsed off with water afterwards.

Guideline 5

Please observe the coughing and sneezing label (coughing into the crook of your arm).

Current changes and adaptations of the guidelines and rules of conduct with regard to the COVID 19 pandemic will be taken into account and, if necessary, communicated to all participants, even at short notice, before the event.
