Dr habil. Birgit Verworn works for the Confederation of German Employers' Associations (BDA) with a focus on personnel policy and previously ergonomics. Before her position at BDA, she worked at various universities and research centers, as technology consultant and in industry. Her last positions were in the staff unit centre development and scientific controlling of the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research in Leipzig and at the HTW Dresden as professor for management and organization.
Dr habil. Birgit Verworn studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Hanover. She completed her business doctorate and habilitation at the Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg and the Brandenburg University of Technology.
